REFUNDS & RETURNS

At Glossie Studios, every arrangement is thoughtfully designed using fresh, seasonal blooms. As flowers are a natural, perishable product, we ask customers to read our policy carefully before placing an order.

This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been prepared or dispatched.

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled delivery or collection date. We will do our best to accommodate changes where possible.

Australian Consumer Law

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or remedy if:

  • Your product is faulty

  • The flowers are significantly different from what was described

  • The product is not delivered

  • The product is unsafe or unfit for its intended purpose

We do not provide refunds for minor variations in colour, bloom size, or flower type, as flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. Substitutions may occur to maintain quality and overall aesthetic.

Freshness Guarantee

All arrangements leave our studio in fresh, premium condition. If you believe your flowers have arrived damaged or are not of acceptable quality:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs of the arrangement

  • Keep the flowers in their original condition for assessment

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Delivery Issues

If no one is present at the delivery address, flowers may be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion. Glossie Studios is not responsible for deterioration due to incorrect delivery details, restricted access, or exposure after delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure delivery details are accurate.

Event & Custom Orders

Event and custom floral installations are subject to separate terms and cancellation conditions outlined in your event contract.
